·Support engineer will be handling all IT requests, inquiries and/or complaints received through Helpdesk mailbox or Helpde...sk portal. This is besides user administration and other Offline (Off-queue) IT Helpdesk activities. Candidate Specification:·Fresh graduate from computer science, computer engineering, communication engineering. ·Good customer service skills with ability to communicate at all levels and translate technical information to none technical people. · Excellent command of English spoken and written.
·Microsoft MCP and or Cisco CCNA certified or equivalent knowledge.
