Job Description: Maintain liaison between the company and advertising agencies, freelance, print suppliers, and other marketing services.
Develop media packs & giveaways for trade shows and conferences.
Company newsletters; prepare press releases and event announcements.
Update company news & headlines in the corporate website.
Coordinate events including meetings, seminars, trade shows and exhibits.
To support the company’s archive function by archiving relevant marketing material.
To take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing.
Ensure company management guidelines and policies are followed.
Reports on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications.
Ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively throughout company departments and to the company board to include posters and leaflets.
Assists in the development of promotional strategies and product development.
Prepare event agenda, invitations, registration forms etc.
Generate form letters for mass brochure mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters & trade show passes.
Responsible for media & marketing event budgets. Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly.
Arrange preparatory meetings for seminar events and trade shows.
To undertake any reasonable duties at the request of the marketing manager.
Qualifications : Relevant university degree.
3 years of relevant experience.
Self initiated hard worker and a high level of communication skills.
Gender : Male
Experience : Minimum 3 Year Experience.
Skills: English: Fluent
PC Skills: Very Good
Type writing skills: Good
Salary (L.E.): Negotiable
Comments : Work experience of magazines field is preferable
